We're looking for a Platform Engineer who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and operational reliability. This isn't a maintenance role - you'll be architecting and owning the platform that enables AI agents to process millions of product records, run nightly enrichment pipelines, and push structured data to channels used by some of Europe's leading ecommerce brands.
You'll work on real infrastructure challenges: designing scalable event-driven pipelines, building robust CI/CD systems, managing multi-tenant environments, and ensuring uptime and observability across a fast-moving product. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and wants to shape how a seed-stage AI company builds for scale.
At Cernel, we're bringing the AI revolution to ecommerce by building the intelligent backbone behind every item sold online. We make ecommerce teams work smarter, faster, and with amplified abilities across the entire value chain - starting with what lies at the core: product data.
We design and develop a platform in-house that provides our customers with advanced AI capabilities on top of their existing data, allowing them to operationalize tasks and gain transparent insights into how their data is stored, enriched, and analyzed. We facilitate data management and actionable insights at scale across all their systems.
As Platform Engineer, you'll work closely with our CTO, taking ownership of the infrastructure layer that everything else depends on.

4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
Ability to work onsite in Aarhus (remote not accepted)
Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or equivalent (AWS/Azure)
