We are not looking for an employee; we are looking for a partner. We need a hungry, strategic, and hands-on Sales Co-founder to join our founding team and join our mission in shaping the future of online shopping.
You will be working closely with our Co-founder, Jonas, on overall sales strategy and industry events. However, you are the specialist. You will get the full freedom to:
Build your own pipeline: Define how we reach brands, whether through cold calling, LinkedIn, or high-impact mail marketing.
Experiment & Iterate: You have the autonomy to try out different sales tactics, messaging, and channels to see what converts best.
Shape the Mission: As a partner, your insights from the market will directly influence our product roadmap.
The Hunter Mindset: You thrive on the hustle and enjoy the challenge of building B2B relationships from scratch.
Bilingual: You speak and write fluently in Danish and English.
Entrepreneurial: You are motivated by the mission and the upside of equity.
Flexible: You can work from our office in Aalborg or completely remotely, whatever makes you most productive.
Co-founder Status & Equity: A stake in a startup with a validated product and strong advisory board (including Bestseller and Sprii).
Performance-based Payment: While we are currently lean, we will establish a payment plan/commission structure based on the clients you land, if you prefer that compared to equity or you want a hybrid model.
