Hi, I’m Andrea, Chief Commercial Officer at MeetingPackage. I am looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our lovely Customer Success team. We are a team of 10 people based in Europe and America. As a Customer Success Manager, you will have an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You will be our customers' primary point of contact, supporting the implementation team, providing ongoing support, securing adoption, and resolving any technical issues they face.

Our HQ is located in Espoo, Finland, but we have a lot of customers in Europe and the UK, mostly in the CET time zone. You can work remotely anywhere within Europe.
In this role, you will...
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing customers. Read more about our customers here.
- Start working with individual hotels and smaller customers, gradually moving more towards our key accounts.
- Lead customer implementation projects and involve all stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and escalate as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Communicate our unique offerings effectively to existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, e.g., our product and sales teams, to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Have some years of experience in a Groups & Meetings role in the hotel industry.
- Have a background in B2B sales and account management.
- Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
- Are able to build rapport and credibility with customers.
- Enjoy working in a diverse environment where ownership, trust, and collaboration are expected from everyone.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting customer issues using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Slack, Gmail, and other relevant platforms.

- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Are based in Europe with a valid work permit.
