FlavorScale is looking for a Community & Events Intern to be the face and voice of our brand on the ground. We’ve already proven there’s a hunger for what we’re building with our Copenhagen pilot; now, we need someone to ignite that same energy in our next major European foodie city.
This isn't a "behind-the-screen" role. You’ll be responsible for turning app users into a real-world movement of foodies who live for discovery, authentic recommendations, and exclusive experiences.
You will be the bridge between our digital platform and the physical tables where the magic happens.
On-the-Ground Activation: Lead the charge for our next city pilot. You’ll organize "tasting crawls," creator meetups, and launch events that get people talking (and downloading).
Partner Relations: Scout and coordinate with local "hero" restaurants and hidden gems to set up exclusive deals or "FlavorScale-only" menu items.
Ambassador Program: Recruit and manage a squad of local student ambassadors and food influencers to represent FlavorScale on campus and in the streets.
Feedback Loop: Be our "ear to the ground." You’ll gather raw, honest feedback from our power users and translate it into feature ideas for the product team.
Online Engagement: Moderate and grow our digital community spaces (Discord/WhatsApp/Instagram), ensuring every new user feels like part of the "Inner Circle."
Background: Currently studying Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or Sociology.
Natural Networker: You love meeting new people and have no problem walking into a restaurant to pitch a partnership or hosting a crowd of 50+ foodies.
Execution Machine: You can take an idea on a Miro board and turn it into a fully planned event with a budget, a guest list, and a vibe.
Food Culture Obsessed: You know which spots are "actually good" versus which ones just have good lighting. You understand the Gen Z "foodie" lifestyle.
High Energy: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to travel to pilot cities to make things happen.
Hybrid Role: You can be based anywhere in Northwestern Europe, but you must be willing to travel to our pilot cities (e.g., Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin) for events.
Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in the local language of a major European hub is a significant advantage.
Timeline: Joining for 2026 Q2.
