Care to Translate is growing and we are now looking for a Commercial Manager who wants to help develop our business and strengthen our customer relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our existing customer relationships while also driving sales to new customers who contact us through our website. You will work closely with the CEO and become an important part of our commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone who is a strong relationship builder and who is motivated by creating new business opportunities while developing customers over time. The role comes with a high level of autonomy and responsibility for developing Care to Translate’s business and customer relationships.
As a Commercial Manager at Care to Translate, you will be responsible for the entire commercial customer journey — from first contact to long-term partnership and expansion.
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
Own sales towards new customers who contact us through our inbound channels
Identify new needs and opportunities for upselling
Drive sales processes from first contact to signed agreement
Onboard new customers
Work with customers in multiple countries and contribute to Care to Translate’s international growth
Ensure that our customers gain strong value from Care to Translate
Follow up on usage, customer satisfaction, and development opportunities
Work closely with the CEO on business development and customer strategy
Is a natural relationship builder and enjoys customer dialogue
Has a strong commercial drive and is motivated by sales
Has experience from commercial roles within SaaS - Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales
Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or digital services
Ideally has experience from healthcare, the public sector, or related fields
Is structured, self-driven, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
