We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer who takes full ownership of growth.
Not just visibility.
Not just brand.
Revenue.
You will lead marketing across three B2B SaaS brands operating in Europe based in Sweden and Finland, with a combined revenue of approximately 300 MSEK and 300 employees. The mandate is clear: build a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine that drives scalable European growth.

Liana Technologies
is a European marketing technology company founded in 2005, specialising in digital marketing and communication software. With more than 3,500 customers globally, including brands such as Hertz, Toyota, Ikea and Starbucks, Liana provides scalable solutions for professional digital marketing. Headquartered in Finland, with offices across Europe and beyond.
Ungapped
is a Swedish SaaS platform designed to help growing businesses manage and optimise their digital customer communication. The platform includes tools for email marketing, surveys, invitations, signup forms and SMS, enabling companies to create seamless and measurable customer journeys.
Profinder
is a Finnish SaaS company focused on business and consumer data intelligence. The platform collects and refines data from multiple trusted sources, delivering reliable, up to date and actionable insights through a user friendly interface. Profinder enables companies to make better decisions, serve their customers more effectively and drive sustainable growth.

You build a lead machine that performs every week, every month, every quarter.
You ensure the right traffic enters the system.
You ensure the right messaging and CTAs are in place.
You ensure traffic converts into qualified leads.
You ensure leads convert into meetings, opportunities and closed deals.
You own the entire journey from acquisition to revenue.
And you scale the output of the team without scaling headcount.
You own go-to-market and demand generation across three brands and two countries, with European expansion as a priority.
You are accountable for pipeline creation in close partnership with Sales. Marketing must materially contribute to meetings, opportunities and new ARR.
You define and manage funnel KPIs across the full revenue lifecycle.
You hold growth accountable on CAC, LTV/CAC and payback.
You continuously optimise channel mix and budget allocation based on profitability and capital efficiency.
Marketing is measured on revenue impact, not activity.
You build and operate a scalable, predictable demand engine.
You own performance marketing across paid search, paid social and other acquisition channels.
You ensure best-in-class SEO and SEM execution, staying ahead of algorithm shifts, tooling advancements and AI-driven optimisation capabilities.
You drive inbound marketing built on strong intent capture, compelling offers and high-converting landing experiences.
You make sure content, positioning and campaigns align with real buyer intent, especially in complex B2B and public sector environments.
You treat the website as a growth engine.
You ensure the right CTAs, offers and conversion paths are in place across all properties.
You own CRO, experimentation and continuous improvement of conversion rates across the funnel.
You ensure traffic is not just generated, but converted into measurable pipeline.
You build and optimise marketing automation and sales automation across lifecycle stages.
You ensure clear lead scoring, routing, nurturing and SLAs between marketing and sales.
You implement strong attribution models and dashboards that leadership can trust.
You actively leverage AI across research, content creation, campaign optimisation, personalisation, reporting and forecasting.
You grow the team’s capacity through AI, automation and smarter systems, not through adding headcount.
You systematically remove inefficiencies, reduce manual work and increase output per person.
Your mandate is to increase performance density, not team size.
You manage the marketing budget with explicit trade-offs and prioritisation.
You allocate capital based on measurable return.
You drive a culture where CAC, LTV/CAC and payback are central to decision-making.
You lead and develop the existing marketing team.
You raise standards, clarify ownership and create execution discipline.
You balance internal capability with agencies and external partners when needed.
You build a high-performance culture focused on speed, accountability and measurable impact.
You have at least 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
You have led teams before.
But more importantly:
You are hands-on.
You can move from strategy to execution without friction. You understand systems, funnels and channels deeply. You are comfortable inside marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards and performance accounts.
You are AI-curious and AI-driven. You actively use AI to increase speed, insight quality and execution leverage.
You likely have proven experience in:
Building demand generation engines that create measurable pipeline
Scaling SEO and SEM in competitive markets
Driving inbound strategies that convert
Optimising websites and conversion flows
Implementing marketing automation and lifecycle systems
Building attribution models and performance dashboards
Managing budget based on CAC, LTV/CAC and payback logic
Supporting European or multi-market expansion
Within 6 to 12 months you have:
Built a predictable, measurable lead engine that consistently produces meetings, opportunities and new revenue
Improved CAC efficiency and strengthened LTV/CAC and payback through smarter optimisation
Established clear attribution and revenue visibility across the funnel
Upgraded websites, CTAs, tracking and automation to be scale-ready
Increased marketing output and performance without increasing headcount
Created scalable European growth playbooks
