We are looking for a Working Student Customer Success Coordinator to join our Berlin team (approx. 20 hours per week). This role is ideal for a student who wants real responsibility, commercial exposure, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing international company alongside their studies. Your main task will be to support both onboarding and ongoing customer management in one of our key markets.
You will support the German Customer Team in ensuring that our customers feel supported from day one and continuously see value in our solution.
Your tasks will include:
Supporting onboarding of new customers in the German market
Preparing internal documentation and customer overviews
Assisting with customer changes (workspace adjustments, expansions etc.)
Preparing materials and data needed for customer discussions and decisions
Supporting the preparation of customer contracts, addendums, and change documentation
Helping monitor customer health and identify potential retention or expansion opportunities
Coordinating internal processes between Customer Success, Operations and Finance
Communicating with various stakeholders – from office managers to decision-makers
This role is built for you if you:
Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Communication or similar)
Can work approximately 20 hours per week in Berlin
Speak English fluently. German is a strong plus
Enjoy working in a hands-on role and supporting operational processes
Work quickly and reliably while keeping a strong attention to detail
Are commercially curious and interested in how companies grow
Feel comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, from office managers to decision-makers
Take ownership and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
