Kendis is a leader in Scaling Agile, and we are on a high-speed journey to become the AI-native intelligence layer for enterprise planning, execution, and decision-making.
We are building the future of how large organizations understand work: live insights, forecasting, intelligent analysis, decision support, conversational interfaces, and AI systems that can turn complex enterprise data into clarity.
We are looking for an AI Engineering Intern who wants to work on ambitious applied AI — not toy projects, not surface-level chatbot demos. You will help us explore, prototype, evaluate, and build AI capabilities that can analyze large-scale organizational data, surface patterns, support better decisions, and create a new generation of intelligent enterprise software.
Build Applied AI Systems
Work on AI-powered capabilities for analysis, insights, forecasting, recommendations, and intelligent user assistance.
Develop Conversational AI Experiences
Help prototype and improve live chatbot-style interfaces that can understand context, answer questions, and guide users through complex enterprise information.
Work on AI Reasoning and Context
Experiment with ways to structure, retrieve, and use product data so AI can provide deeper, more accurate, and more useful responses.
Support Forecasting and Intelligence Models
Help explore how AI can identify patterns, trends, risks, and signals across complex planning and delivery data.
Evaluate AI Quality
Test outputs, compare approaches, identify weak reasoning, reduce hallucinations, and improve reliability.
Prototype Future Product Capabilities
Turn early ideas into working experiments that can shape the next generation of Kendis.
Ambitious About AI
You are excited about where AI is going and want to build real systems that go beyond simple prompts.
Technical and Curious
You are interested in LLMs, RAG, agents, forecasting, evaluation, embeddings, context engineering, and applied machine learning.
Hands-On Builder
You like experimenting, prototyping, testing, breaking things, and improving them.
Analytical Thinker
You can look at complex data and think about patterns, signals, risks, and possible outcomes.
Product-Minded Engineer
You care about building AI that is useful, reliable, and valuable for real enterprise users.
Fast Learner
You are comfortable in a fast-moving Helsinki/Tallinn startup environment where ownership matters.
Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Experience with Python, Java and/or JavaScript.
Strong interest in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, forecasting, evaluation, embeddings, data pipelines, or applied AI systems.
Ability to work with APIs, JSON, structured data, and software development workflows.
Good English communication skills.
GitHub projects, AI prototypes, automation scripts, data analysis projects, hackathon work, or personal experiments with LLMs are a strong plus.
