Are you a student or a detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible, hands-on role in international logistics? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations across the Nordics, UK, and the EU.

In this role, you will be the "engine room" of our supply chain, ensuring that product flows, returns, and system data are handled with precision.

The Role

  • Capacity: Approximately 15-20 hours a week (workload varies with sales and return volume). Our ideal candidate is available for 3-4 hours daily, though we offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

  • Focus: Operational support, 3PL coordination, and system management.

  • Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of coordination and system-based tasks:

  • Logistics Operations: Support outbound shipments and coordinate return flows across all markets

  • You’ll be the point person for troubleshooting shipment deviations or errors

  • Partner Coordination: Work closely with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners in the Nordics, UK, and Germany to ensure automated flows remain stable

  • Returns & Refurbishment: Track and register returns, ensuring units are funneled through the refurbishment process and back into stock

  • Inbound & Purchasing: Register purchase orders, inbound shipments, and serial numbers to keep our inventory accurate

  • Customs & Compliance: Support customs reporting and documentation (primarily for the Nordic region)

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within our ERP (Odoo) and warehouse management systems (Ongoing, Quivo)

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, structured, diligent, reliable, comfortable using IT systems, and has the logical mindset needed to keep track of moving parts in an international business.

Required Qualifications:

  • A basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations

  • Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, ERP systems and 3PL setups

  • Language: Fluent in English

  • Mindset: You are operational and support-oriented. You enjoy spotting a discrepancy and fixing it
