We are looking for event specialists to support the delivery of AI-powered intelligence from high-profile international events for some of the world's most well-known brands. Supported by advanced language technology, you will monitor live sessions in real time and turn them into beautiful, professional, high-quality reports to be read by a large global audience. The role sits at the intersection of live operations, language analysis and AI-assisted content production, and requires a strong sense of responsibility, precision, vigilance and judgement. Unlike traditional event roles focused on logistics, or purely offline content roles, this position requires real-time monitoring combined with careful refinement of AI-generated material before publication.

What you will do

- Monitor multiple live sessions in parallel, ensuring accurate capture of audio and transcription data

- Compare live discussions with agendas and flag anomalies that could affect data quality

- Perform structured quality assurance of AI-generated reports to ensure clarity, balance and accuracy

- Work in real time while tracking overlapping sessions and changing schedules

Required qualifications

- Native-level proficiency in English

- Strong attention to detail and sustained concentration

- Ability to operate calmly and focused in fast-paced, live environments

- Reliable and structured way of working

- Willingness to work according to global event time zones, which may involve early mornings or late evenings in Stockholm.

Preferred qualifications

- Fluency in additional languages, e g Swedish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portugese, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, etc.

- Interest in events, media, language or AI-driven products
