Nofence is a Norwegian scale-up that has built the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. As we aim to revolutionize livestock management, we need top-notch competence to tell our story.
We are looking for a mid-level Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our Content Team as a B2B Contractor (75% capacity), reporting to the Lead Content Manager. This is a hands-on post-production role designed for a specialist who can bridge the gap between high-production brand films and "lo-fi" native social content. You will turn raw market footage and UGC into a cohesive ecosystem of assets, from onboarding materials to high-impact social ads.
You aren't expected to be a one-person film crew. Instead, your value lies in "the magic of the edit": colour grading, motion graphics, 3D animation, and squeezing maximum content value out of every shoot. You are fast, resourceful, and comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your workflow.
While this is a contract position, we believe the best creative work happens through close-knit collaboration. You will be office-based in Oslo, working alongside our writers and marketing team to ensure our visual narrative is seamless.
To ensure transparency for our partners, here are the specifics of the engagement:
Contract Type: B2B Freelance / Independent Contractor or a temporary employment contract
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension based on project roadmap.
Commitment: 75% capacity (approximately 30 hours per week).
Location: Office-based in Oslo (to facilitate real-time collaboration with the Lead Content Manager).
Equipment: Contractor provides their own workstation (laptop/PC) and software licenses. We provide a desk, high-quality monitor, and a great office environment.
Initial Focus: Leading the post-production for our upcoming brand video, feature launch content, and product onboarding animations.

Managing livestock has always been a challenge. Humanity has tried everything from herding with dogs to walling the animals in with barbed wire, electric, and wooden fences, but these are costly and time-consuming solutions and often in conflict with the local wildlife. It has also left vast areas of potential pasture overgrown and underutilized. Until now.
Enter virtual fences.
What started as a small group of farmers and engineers with a big idea has become Nofence – the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. Curious about how it works? Find out more here.
