Arctic Coliving is seeking a B2B Sales Intern to help fill our Norwegian mountain lodges with company offsites and group stays. This is a part-time, commission-based internship (spring–summer, with potential extension) designed for someone who is commercially driven, curious about outbound sales, and excited by the idea of selling “work and play” experiences in one of Norway’s most inspiring environments.
The role is remote friendly, with the option to come and work from our Voss Mountain Lodge. If you demonstrate success in this role, it can expand into other paid contract positions not based on commission :-) THIS ROLE HAS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS AND CAN EARN THE EQUIVALENT OF A FULL YEAR SALARY OVER THE COURSE OF THE SUMMER. You’ll be on the front line of our B2B growth, reaching out to companies and teams who could benefit from an offsite or retreat at Arctic Coliving. Your week will focus on structured outbound activity—identifying prospects, starting conversations, and moving interested leads toward concrete group bookings.
Your core tasks will include:
Proactively identifying potential B2B clients (companies, teams, organisations) and building targeted prospect lists
Reaching out via calls, emails, and social channels to spark interest and book discovery calls or site visits
Clearly communicating the value of Arctic Coliving’s “work and play” offering to HR, team leads, and founders
Managing a simple sales pipeline, logging activity, and following up systematically from first contact to booking
Collaborating with the team to test new messages, angles, and markets (for example Norway, DACH, and English-speaking teams)
You’ll also receive close mentorship and practical training in outbound sales—from call structures and email writing to tools and tracking—so that each week you get measurably better at the craft.
This internship is designed to be both a learning experience and a real commercial role where your results matter.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is genuinely motivated by commission-based work and the idea of being rewarded for results
Enjoys talking to people, asking good questions, and explaining value clearly and confidently
Is organised and self-driven, able to manage their own activity and follow-up without heavy supervision
Has some experience with customer interaction, persuasion, or negotiation (for example from part-time jobs, projects, or student organisations)
Speaks and writes fluently in Norwegian, or is strongly proficient in German or English for specific target markets
Is available during spring and summer, and open to extending the internship if it’s a great match
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation is a bonus, but not required. More important is that you are reliable, commercially curious, and willing to put in consistent effort.
