Our headquarters are in Helsinki, Finland, but our hybrid and remote team works across multiple countries around the world.
We’re now looking for a Product Marketer / Designer to work at the intersection of Design, Product Marketing, and Sales — someone driven, analytical, and eager to grow with us.
This is not a UI design role. This is a commercial growth role with a strong design mindset.

You’ll help us:
Sharpen our positioning and messaging
Support sales with compelling materials and narratives
Turn product capabilities into clear customer value
Identify commercial growth opportunities
Improve how we communicate ROI to organizers and sponsors
Product Marketing
Define and refine value propositions
Use design tools (Figma required) and AI to craft our marketing messaging
Work with product team to translate features into marketing messages
Create sales-enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, case studies)
Sales & Commercial Support
Collaborate with sales on sales-enablement materials
Analyze feedback from prospects and customers
Identify patterns in wins and losses
Support pricing and packaging communication
Growth Initiatives
Identify growth opportunities across customer segments
Support go-to-market initiatives
Align marketing efforts with commercial priorities

You won’t be designing UI screens — but you will be designing how Brella is understood, positioned, and sold.
1–5 years of relevant experience (e.g., product marketing, growth, business development, marketing, design, early-stage startup roles)
Strong interest in using AI for productivity
Analytical mindset
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Driven personality — you want responsibility and ownership
SaaS experience
Experience in creating videos (Not required)
Experience working closely with sales teams
Experience in event tech or marketplace platforms
Helsinki office preferred, but remote work is possible. In the beginning, we expect you to work mainly from the office.
