We combine audio performance, Bluetooth technology and Danish design to create simple, durable sound products.
We are early stage, but already have products, customers and ongoing sales.
The role
We are looking for a hands-on e-commerce and growth operator to take ownership of our commercial setup.
You will be responsible for running and improving our online sales across channels.
This is a role with real responsibility and direct impact on revenue.
The role is primarily equity-based.
Your responsibilities
You will take ownership of:
Shopify store and conversion rate optimisation
Paid media (Meta, Google)
Emails (Klaviyo)
Amazon and marketplaces
Customer journey and retention
Campaigns, promotions and pricing
You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for execution.
First focus (0–90 days)
Improve conversion on the webshop
Optimise product pages and checkout flow
Launch or improve core paid campaigns
Set up or improve email flows
Establish clear performance tracking
Who you are
You likely have:
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon or e-commerce
Understanding of CRO, CAC, AOV and margins
Experience with paid traffic or growth
(You do not need to match everything.)
