What's the Deal?

We're looking for freelance content writers and language professionals to join our remote writing community at LikeLingo! You'll be part of a fun, international team of language nerds (we call ourselves Lingonauts) who write, create, and collaborate from wherever they happen to be in the world.

We don't just hand you tasks and disappear. You get a virtual office, fellow Lingonauts to bounce ideas off, and supervisors who actually want to help you grow. Oh, and memes. Lots of memes.

• You're a native speaker of the language you're applying for – no exceptions. You understand the grammar, the cultural context, and the little things that make your language yours.

• You can write. You know how to create clear, engaging content that doesn't put people to sleep.

• You're not afraid of AI. You've used AI writing tools, and you know both their superpowers and their blind spots. You can turn AI-generated c-r-a-p into something worth reading.

• You thrive in a digital environment. Remote work, virtual offices, Slack channels, shared docs – this is your natural habitat.

• You have opinions about language. We're looking for Lingonauts who care about how words work. Grammar nerds, style guide lovers, and context kings and queens – we're looking at you.
