Sales Intern at Leyr

Leyr is looking for a Sales Intern to support our sales efforts for an initial 6-month period. You’ll work closely with Ziggy (Head of Growth) to help build pipeline, run thoughtful outbound, book high-quality meetings, and support early deals across health tech, med tech, pharma, and broader healthcare teams. If we work well together and there’s strong mutual fit, this internship can turn into a full-time opportunity.


What the first 6 months look like

  • Months 1–2: Build your pipeline and outbound engine

  • Months 3–4: Start leading calls and moving deals forward

  • Months 5–6: Close your first deals

What you’ll do

  • Outbound that’s thoughtful and targeted

    • Pick the right accounts and people to reach

    • Write personalised outreach that gets replies

    • Book qualified meetings every week

    • Test and improve messaging based on results

  • Own the pipeline and CRM

    • Keep notes, next steps, and stages clean and current

    • Track conversion and pipeline health

    • Build simple workflows for follow-ups and lead routing

  • Use AI to scale what works

    • Research and qualify accounts faster

    • Build lightweight AI-assisted personalisation

  • Run sales conversations

    • Lead discovery calls

    • Understand workflows and pain points

    • Explain Leyr clearly and move opportunities toward close

    • Support pricing and commercial discussions
