Karman Connect delivers stellar B2C leads and services across high-growth verticals like Telecom, Energy, Insurance, and Green Tech. As our new B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of Karman Connect. Based at our Aarhus HQ, you’ll own the full lifecycle - from that first "hello" to closing deals and nurturing long-term growth.
The Hunt: Identify and hunt down new opportunities. You’ll be proactive on the phone, over email, and in virtual meetings to introduce our lead-gen magic to the Spanish market.
The Build: Take partners from "prospect" to "powerhouse." You’ll manage the onboarding process to ensure every partnership starts with a win.
The Relationship: Act as a trusted advisor. You aren’t just selling a service; you’re building a bridge for long-term collaboration.
The Strategy: Collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to sharpen our edge and refine how we win.
You’re the perfect fit if you:
Are a Closer: You have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management (outbound experience is needed).
Speak the Language: You are fluent in Spanish (native or negotiation level). If you speak other languages, we’re even more impressed.
Have "Business Flair": You can spot an opportunity from a mile away and know how to pivot a conversation into a partnership.
Are an Independent Team Player: You’re self-driven and dependable, but you know that the best victories are celebrated together.
The View: Work from the 11th floor of INCUBA (Katrinebjerg, Aarhus). We have the best view, a gym in the basement, and a fridge that’s never empty.

A Note on Geography
While our ambitions are global, our immediate focus is local. For this specific role, you must already be living in commuting distance to Aarhus 3-4 days per week. We're not looking for candidates who need to relocate at this time.
