Role Description

Validio is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for landing and expanding relationships with Fortune 500 companies across multiple regions and industries. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive strategic, consultative sales that solve complex data challenges for the world's largest enterprises.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on new customer acquisition within the Fortune 500.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for global enterprise customers.

  • Engage C-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and position Validio’s solutions as critical to their success.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex procurement and compliance processes.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and close rates, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene.

  • Represent Validio at industry events and conferences, promoting our thought leadership and capabilities.

  • Engage with existing and prospect organizations to position Validio’s products through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.

  • Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and buyer groups, providing comprehensive organizational recommendations.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and subject matter experts to facilitate the sales process.

We believe you are/have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or data/AI-related technologies, with a proven track record of closing large, multi-year deals.

  • Experience selling to global Fortune 500 accounts, with strong familiarity navigating complex enterprise buying processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and manage long sales cycles.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

  • Background in data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data quality/observability products is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP).

  • Multilingual or international sales experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
