We're looking for a pragmatic lead developer who wants to own features from idea to production and help write the playbook for AI-assisted learning tools.

Relevant experiences

• 5+ years of full-stack experience in product-driven companies.

• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.

• Solid backend understanding, preferably with .NET.

• Experience turning Figma designs into well-executed code.

• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).

• Cloud experience (Azure/GCP/AWS) with pipelines and infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Previous experience with learning platforms or content management systems.

• A test-driven mindset and an appreciation for pragmatic code.

• You enjoy working closely with product and design teams.

• You have a low ego, high standards, and take full ownership of your work.
