About the Job

As Performance Marketer B2C, you’ll be the engine behind Singa’s paid user acquisition, running campaigns and experiments, testing creatives, and optimizing every euro of ad spend to bring new singers to our platform. You’ll work closely with the User Acquisition Lead B2C to turn strategy into results, taking full ownership of day-to-day campaign execution across paid social, search, and mobile.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll live inside the ad platforms, setting up campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, analysing performance, running A/B tests, and continuously improving. You’re an AI-first performance marketer who uses AI tools and automation to rethink how growth is done, moving faster, testing more, and going deeper on data than traditional workflows allow.

What you’ll do

  • Execute and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels: Meta, Google (UAC/PMax), TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.

  • Own day-to-day campaign operations, ad setup, budget pacing, bid management, and ongoing optimisation.

  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

  • Use AI tools and build AI-assisted workflows and automations to generate, iterate, and test ad creatives at scale, monitor campaign performance, and improve analysis.

  • Collaborate with the User Acquisition Lead to translate the acquisition strategy into concrete campaign plans and priorities.

  • Work cross-functionally with the content team to brief and iterate on ad assets that convert.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs and surface actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Manage tracking and attribution across web and mobile.

  • Identify new channel opportunities and support the UA Lead in scaling what works.

     

Your Impact

Your work will be the direct driver of Singa’s B2C growth. Every well-optimised campaign, every creative test, every percentage point improvement in conversion translates into more people discovering the joy of singing. You’ll help Singa grow its subscriber base sustainably and scalably, and your impact on MRR will be measurable and meaningful.

 

About You

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns, ideally for a consumer app or subscription product.

  • Proficient in major ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC / PMax / DemandGen), TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Apple Search Ads.

  • Genuinely AI-first in how you work. You have already integrated AI tools into your daily marketing workflow and can talk concretely about what you’ve built or automated.

  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable pulling data, spotting patterns, and making data-driven optimisation decisions.

  • Experience with mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer) and an understanding of mobile measurement frameworks.

  • Detail-oriented and organised. Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with a senior lead while also driving their own work independently.

  • Positive attitude towards music, self-expression, and a genuine interest in the product you’re promoting.

Nice to have:

  • Experience producing or briefing ad creatives (copy, visuals, short-form video).

  • Familiarity with SEO, ASO, or organic growth channels.

  • Knowledge of karaoke, music, or entertainment verticals.

  • Additional language skills on top of fluent English.

Work Model

Hybrid: In the Helsinki Capital Region, we aim a hybrid setup with 2–3 remote days per week. For those living outside the capital region, we typically aim for around five office days per month.
