We're looking for a Creative Strategist for the Silvery® brand - an innovative, premium bedding brand growing rapidly toward global recognition. You'll be based at our modern office and 100 m² in-house studio in Kalasatama, Helsinki, built specifically for content production.
In this role, you are the creative powerhouse behind Silvery® advertising. You follow new marketing trends daily, use AI to ideate and conceptualize, develop angles, test formats, and apply them to the Silvery® brand. You have your own studio, in-house content creator, and freelancer UGC creators supporting you, taking content production to an entirely new level.
Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built multiple international consumer brands, served over 250,000 customers worldwide, and our products are available on Amazon as well as our own Shopify store.
We are currently focused on growing the Silvery® brand (www.mysilvery.com) in the US market, a premium bedding brand using innovative technology that is rapidly gaining global recognition. We reached over €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch.
In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared to the previous year. To support this growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team.
Monitor top-performing international ecommerce brands (DTC) and platform trends (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) to identify what works and why, hooks, UGC formats, and storytelling angles
Continuously develop new ad concepts, angles, and formats by translating insights into actionable creative ideas, using AI as your daily tool for ideation and conceptualization
Bring ideas to life in the studio with our in-house actor, maintaining a high volume of ad production month after month
Using data from live campaigns to refine customer personas and messaging frameworks.
A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, and consumer psychology, and you're curious about why people buy what they buy, and can turn that curiosity into actionable creative ideas
Experience in ecommerce or DTC product marketing, with hands-on experience running or analyzing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or similar)
Confidence working with AI tools as part of your daily creative process, for ideation, conceptualization, and content production
Confidence in working with data and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to guide creative decisions
Excellent English skills and the ambition to grow fast within a company that's scaling internationally
Previous experience in ecommerce content production or paid social advertising is a plus, especially in physical product brands. What matters most is motivation, the ability to learn, and a proactive attitude. You will receive full support from the team to succeed and grow in the role.
