Vind AI is looking for a dedicated Demand Marketing Manager to strengthen our execution capacity as we scale. Vind AI was founded in Oslo in 2022, on a mission to reinvent the future of wind energy development and become the new industry standard for planning and developing wind power projects. Our company offers a web-based platform that brings together data, analysis and collaboration tools to support decision-making and reduce risk in the early stages of renewable energy projects.
Recently, we launched Solar & Battery, enabling wind developers to design and evaluate co-located wind, solar and battery projects in one integrated platform - a game changer for the industry.

Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth in Europe, raising awareness using media and SEO/AEO.
As our Demand Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact.
This is the second marketing hire in the company. You will have real ownership from day one and grow quickly with the role. A core part of the role is owning and improving our demand generation engine. This includes diagnosing where our funnel underperforms, building the automations and segmentation that improve it, and ensuring that the right message reaches the right buyer at the right moment.
You will analyse funnel data, build nurture flows, and translate insights into concrete marketing execution that drives measurable pipeline impact.
Owning and improving our demand generation engine including HubSpot automations, segmentation, nurture flows
Funnel intelligence, including analysing lead data to diagnose friction points and improve conversion
Building structured buyer journeys and content tracks for our personas
Leading demand initiatives for new regions, including localised keyword strategy and campaign launches
Managing technical infrastructure related to new website launch, including domain setup, landing page performance
Directing webinar coordination and post-event nurturing
Ensure SEO/AEO growth along with external partner
6–12 months into the role, we belive you have:
Identified and implemented improvements in automations and funnel structure
Built nurture flows for personas and key regions
Strengthened awareness and inbound performance
Contributed to shortening the sales cycle through improved sales enablement
Introduced smarter and more scalable ways of working within marketing
We are looking for someone with experience from a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment who is both structured and hands-on.
Strong experience with HubSpot
Experience working in B2B marketing
A structured and detail-oriented way of working
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Comfortable executing independently
Strong written and spoken English
Have experience with Webflow
Have exposure to paid media and basic analytics (LinkedIn, Google Ads, GA4)
Use AI tools actively in their daily work
Are analytical and data-driven
This is a technical product in a complex industry. You are not expected to know everything, but you should be comfortable navigating technical environments and learning quickly.
