Global Security Job (GSJ) is building a compliance-first recruitment and verification platform for the security, defence and emergency sectors.
We operate in a high-trust, regulated environment where credibility is foundational and relationships are built over time.
Our ambition is not to build another SaaS tool. We are building structured market infrastructure in an industry where trust precedes revenue.
We are now looking for a Market Access Leader (Co-Founder) who understands how to create access and long-term positioning in regulated markets.
High-velocity SaaS sellers
Transactional deal chasers

Individuals seeking advisory titles without operational responsibility
In our sector, structured dialogue and institutional trust matter more than speed.
You will take ownership of structured market entry across:
Small and mid-sized security firms (early traction & volume)
Larger enterprise clients (strategic positioning)
Relevant industry stakeholders in regulated environments
Your responsibility is to open doors, build credibility, and move conversations toward structured pilot agreements and commercial partnerships.
This will often require multiple conversations, alignment of stakeholders, and patience. You must be comfortable operating in environments where:
Decisions take time
Compliance matters
Reputation outweighs charisma
Relationship building at decision-maker level
Converting structured dialogue into pilot and commercial agreements
Strengthening GSJ’s institutional credibility
Helping define and execute the go-to-market strategy from MVP to scale
You will work closely with the founder and influence strategic direction.
You understand how decisions are made in regulated industries.
You value credibility over speed.
You are commercially capable, but long-term oriented.
You must be able to document your experience.
Please be prepared to demonstrate:
Proven B2B experience with documented results
The size and type of deals you have personally closed
The decision level you have engaged with (e.g. CEO, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
Experience navigating regulated or compliance-heavy sectors
Experience within security, defence, GovTech or other regulated B2B environments is a strong advantage.
We are open to M/K candidates equally. What matters is documented capability and execution power.
This is an early-stage, equity-based co-founder role. There is no fixed salary at this stage.
