The Role

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern who wants real startup experience. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in validating the market, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the commercial strategy of Autolyzer.

This is not a “shadowing” internship — you will have responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Identify and reach out to potential customers or partners

• Support lead generation and outreach campaigns

• Collect and analyze customer feedback

• Assist in refining value proposition and pricing strategy

• Help prepare business materials

• Support partnership discussions and early sales efforts

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable with outreach and speaking to new people

• Analytical mindset and structured thinking

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment

• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and technology

Previous startup experience is a plus but not required.

This is an unpaid internship designed for students who want practical startup exposure and hands-on experience building a company from the ground up.

Preferred Location

We ideally seek candidates based in Oslo to enable closer collaboration, but we remain open to remote applicants who are a strong fit for the role.
