Software Project Manager

About the role:

As a Project Manager at P-Secure, you will:

·         Lead and coordinate feature and project implementation deliveries from start to finish.

·         Ensure planning and execution of successful project and software deliveries in close collaboration with the Product Owner and internal operational, support and technical teams

·         Contribute to improving our project methods and delivery processes.

·         Help ensure that features and projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

‍Your primary tasks:

·         Develop and maintain delivery plans and risk analyses.

·         Facilitate sprint planning, stand-up, refinement, review and retrospectives.

·         Coordinate between development, QA, customer support and operations.

·         Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure progress

We expect you to

·         Have experience as a project manager within software or SaaS product development.

·         Structured, results-oriented and thrive on driving multiple parallel development tracks.

·         Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.

·         Able to handle stakeholders at different levels – from end users to management.

·         Have experience with agile methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Linear, Azure DevOps).

·         Be able to pass a background check

Skills and experience

·         Minimum 2-4 years of experience with project management in software implementation projects.

·         Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.

·         Ability to build trust.
