As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the direction and driving Qarma’s marketing efforts across branding, demand generation and product marketing.
You will work closely with Sales and Product and will be combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Owning Qarma’s overall marketing strategy and prioritizing initiatives based on data and impact
Driving inbound and demand generation efforts that generate pipeline and support growth
Growing Qarma’s brand and positioning across markets
Translating insights and value into clear, compelling messaging. Creating and writing content such as social media posts, blog posts, customer stories and masterpieces
Planning and executing events including webinars, fairs and offline events such as our Qarma Talks
Building partnerships and driving co-marketing initiatives with relevant partners
Owning and executing digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and Google
Developing graphic design for both digital and print materials
Collaborating closely with Sales on campaigns, content and sales enablement
Employer branding initiatives to strengthen Qarma’s visibility
You will be working with external partners in execution for the parts where you do not have the specialized skills.
You are a marketing generalist with a drive to make things happen.
We imagine that you:
Have +5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably from SaaS or tech
Are experienced owning both brand and demand generation
Are experienced in working in CRM, CMS and graphic design tools
Have strong communication skills and can turn insights into stories that resonate
Are analytical and use metrics to guide decisions and prioritization
Enjoy trying new things and testing initiatives
Are a natural problem solver and effective project manager
