Who We’re Looking For

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience producing quality content outside of a purely academic context

  • Are structured, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of your work

  • Enjoy researching topics and turning complex information into accessible content

  • Are curious about performance, SEO and continuous improvement

  • Are a self-driven person, capable of performing different tasks and easily adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Embrace change and are open to taking initiative, testing new ideas and experimenting with tools like AI to improve workflows, efficiency and content quality

  • Communicate professionally in an international work environment

Extra points if you:

  • Have experience in journalism, communication, PR, marketing or other relevant niches in the Spanish market

  • Are familiar with SEO, CMS platforms, or basic HTML

  • Are comfortable using analytics tools to track, evaluate and optimise content performance

  • Know UX or plain language principles

Language requirements

  • Native-level Spanish (as written in Spain) is essential. You must be able to write at the level of a skilled professional journalist

  • A good working level of English is required to collaborate with the wider team

  • Knowledge of Portuguese will be positively evaluated (bonus, not a requirement)

What We Offer

  • An independent and meaningful role in a company in strong growth

  • An inclusive and social work environment at Tøyen Torg in Oslo

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup

  • NOK 10,000 per year for professional and personal development

  • The choice between Mac or PC, plus coverage of your internet and phone expenses
