At Leyr, we’re building Europe’s first unified platform that helps companies bring apps and medical devices into healthcare faster.
We’re now looking for a marketing Swiss Army knife. Someone who likes to act, not only strategise. Someone ready to own the entire marketing spectrum end-to-end.
Someone who will:
lead our marketing strategy and brand strategy,
build and grow Leyr's brand awareness,
run marketing campaigns independently when needed,
manage cooperation with marketing, design, and SEO agencies,
plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities: newsletters, LinkedIn, posting schedules, content creation, promotional materials,
take ownership of website copy and communication consistency,
coordinate and plan our participation in industry events.
This role is for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, learns fast, and wants real impact.
At least 2 years of marketing experience — ideally in health / medtech / biotech (nice-to-have, not required).
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong content and communication skills.
No team-management experience needed - we want a doer, not a people-manager.
High independence and ownership.
Lots of autonomy and real influence on how marketing at Leyr evolves.
Fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy, zero politics.
