Some people work on products. Some people maintain systems. A few get to design the operating layer for an entire ecosystem.

This is for the third kind.

Spucce Venture is building a venture studio that creates companies at the intersection of human development and artificial intelligence. We are raising 10M SEK to build 10 ventures over the next two years. But before we build the portfolio, we build the engine.

That engine is SVOS: Spucce Venture Operating System.

We are looking for the technical co-founder who wants to build it.

We are based in Stockholm/Greater Copenhagen area and assuming the amount of work needed for this adventure. Geographic location is vital. Please apply if you meet these criteria

The Role

You are not joining as an employee. You are stepping in as CTO and co-founder.

Your mission:

• Architect and build SVOS from v1 to full system

• Design the technical backbone for every venture we launch

• Think in systems, not features

• Turn vision into clean, scalable architecture

• Make AI work as infrastructure, not gimmick

This is deep work. Real architecture. Long-term thinking.

You will build:

• Identity and permission systems

• Persistent structured memory layers

• AI agent frameworks with controlled access

• Automation and orchestration logic

• Internal tools that allow small teams to operate like large organizations

Every future venture will run on what you create.

What We Are Looking For

You are a full-stack developer with strong system design skills. You understand backend architecture, APIs, databases, cloud and security. You can integrate AI models and design agent workflows. If you do not know something, you learn it fast.

But more important:

You think in leverage. You think in product. You think in business.

You understand that architecture decisions affect cost structure, capital efficiency, customer experience and scalability. You care about building something that lasts.

You are precise. You are structured. You are calm under uncertainty.

You want responsibility.

The Business Case

We are building a studio that takes starting 51 % equity in each venture we create. We expect some % to fail. Some % to produce value.

Your architecture determines whether that % becomes in failure or success .

If SVOS works, we reduce burn, increase speed, and multiply output across every company. That is asymmetric leverage.

Salary will be modest in the first months. The goal is to close 10M SEK this year (2026) and build properly.
