At Centra, we’re building a next-gen, headless e-commerce platform that powers fashion and lifestyle brands around the world, from fast-growing DTC challengers to global names like Paul Smith, COS, and Hush.
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious teammate early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with a scaling SaaS company. If you’re hungry to build strong client relationships, understand how SaaS really works, and make an impact from day one, you’ll fit right in.
As part of our Client Success team, you’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers and own a portfolio of clients when it comes to renewals and retention. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, helping customers succeed, spotting opportunities, and learning how to manage accounts end-to-end in a fast-moving scaleup environment.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and plenty of room to grow.
Drive contract renewals and help secure long-term client relationships
Build trust with clients through regular calls, emails, and meetings
Learn how to spot risks, opportunities, and expansion potential early
Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Finance, and Sales
Keep client data, renewals, and forecasts structured in HubSpot
You have 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, sales, customer success, or similar)
You’re curious, ambitious, and not afraid to take ownership
You communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
You’re organised and like keeping things structured
You’re fluent in Swedish and English (more languages are a bonus)
You’re based in Stockholm and open to occasional travel
Have worked with SaaS, e-commerce, or tech products
Are comfortable discussing basic technical concepts (APIs, integrations, workflows)
Have used tools like HubSpot, Postman, GitHub, or GraphQL
