Account Manager – Centra 🚀

We’re building a fast-growing, ambitious team and are looking for a self-driven Account Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving challenges, and wants to shape the future of e-commerce.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships with a focus on renewals, retention, and value creation. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues as part of our Client Success team to ensure clients maximise usage of the Centra platform and help define our best-in-class account management practices.

This role offers strategic client work, identifying upsell opportunities, improving account management structure and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive contract renewals and secure long-term client retention

  • Maintain high-value client touchpoints via calls, meetings, and webinars

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential

  • Support internal teams with billing, renewals, and complex negotiations

  • Keep accurate forecasts and records in HubSpot CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS and e-Commerce in client-facing roles

  • Strong communication, client-first mindset, and trust-building skills

  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Fluency in Swedish and English; other languages a bonus

  • Stockholm-based, with occasional travel

Technical & E-commerce Skills

  • Understanding of modern SaaS architecture, integrations, and APIs

  • Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, payments, logistics, and CX
