We’re building a fast-growing, ambitious team and are looking for a self-driven Account Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving challenges, and wants to shape the future of e-commerce.
As an Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships with a focus on renewals, retention, and value creation. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues as part of our Client Success team to ensure clients maximise usage of the Centra platform and help define our best-in-class account management practices.
This role offers strategic client work, identifying upsell opportunities, improving account management structure and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Drive contract renewals and secure long-term client retention
Maintain high-value client touchpoints via calls, meetings, and webinars
Identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
Support internal teams with billing, renewals, and complex negotiations
Keep accurate forecasts and records in HubSpot CRM
5+ years of experience in SaaS and e-Commerce in client-facing roles
Strong communication, client-first mindset, and trust-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Fluency in Swedish and English; other languages a bonus
Stockholm-based, with occasional travel
Understanding of modern SaaS architecture, integrations, and APIs
Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, payments, logistics, and CX
