Technical Solutions Specialist - Integrations (Americas)

Salary Competitive

This role combines project management responsibilities with hands-on individual contributor work.

  • Meet with customers to evaluate, scope, and plan managed integration projects remotely in the Americas time zone.

  • Own customer communication related to integrations throughout their lifecycle

  • Build and maintain customer integrations using our tech stack (n8n, Zapier, and/or scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python)

  • Evaluate and help make decisions related to our integration tech stack

  • Monitor integrations and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure integrations run smoothly and align with broader business goals

Who you are

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus, but not required)

Technical skills

  • Solid understanding of APIs and integrations

  • Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot JSON

  • Scripting experience in JavaScript or Python

  • You don’t need to be a full-time software engineer, but you do need enough scripting knowledge to transform and manipulate data effectively (we use AI tooling, but foundational knowledge is still essential)

Bonus points

  • Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make

Personal traits

  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail

  • Calm and effective under pressure — you’ll work on mission-critical integrations for some of the world’s leading companies and event organizers

  • Proactive and ownership-driven: you spot issues before they become problems
