This role combines project management responsibilities with hands-on individual contributor work.
Meet with customers to evaluate, scope, and plan managed integration projects remotely in the Americas time zone.
Own customer communication related to integrations throughout their lifecycle
Build and maintain customer integrations using our tech stack (n8n, Zapier, and/or scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python)
Evaluate and help make decisions related to our integration tech stack
Monitor integrations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure integrations run smoothly and align with broader business goals
Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds. You might be a software engineer looking to move into a more people-focused role, or a product owner or technical project manager with hands-on coding experience.
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience working with international customers (especially in the Americas)
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
Technical skills
Solid understanding of APIs and integrations
Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot JSON
Scripting experience in JavaScript or Python
You don’t need to be a full-time software engineer, but you do need enough scripting knowledge to transform and manipulate data effectively (we use AI tooling, but foundational knowledge is still essential)
