Make AS is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to lead our expansion into the Danish market. This is a fully remote, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from building a pipeline of B2B customers to closing recurring license deals for our subscription-based product.
Own outbound sales activities end-to-end, with a strong focus on cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
Build and manage a personal pipeline of B2B customers in Denmark.
Convert outreach into meetings, trials, and closed license deals.
Clearly communicate product value and build trust with decision-makers in public and private organizations.
Work structured and independently in a remote setup, keeping activity and pipeline well organized.
Collaborate closely with the team on messaging, targeting, and continuous improvement of the sales approach.
2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound or cold sales, with proven results.
Experience selling subscriptions, licenses, or recurring services.
Comfortable with high outreach volume and follow-up.
Able to manage your own pipeline and work independently.
Professional, trustworthy, and credible in customer conversations.
Based in Denmark and fluent in Danish; working proficiency in English.
Experience selling into public sector, municipalities, or regulated industries.
Background from SaaS, GovTech, RegTech, MarTech, or similar environments.
Experience working fully remote or in distributed teams.
Competitive base salary + commission (high-earning potential)
A generous, uncapped commission of 20%, with performance kickers raising it to 30%.
