As an Account Executive for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in expanding Hoxhunt's presence by managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities. You will engage with both larger organizations and nimble, fast-moving companies, driving new business acquisition and managing the full sales cycle. Your efforts will be key to our growth and in cultivating strong relationships and securing deals across the EMEA region.
Be a key driver for Hoxhunt's growth across the EMEA region, identifying and closing new business with organizations of varying sizes and complexity.
Handle a mix of sales cycles, from complex deals with larger enterprises to faster-moving opportunities with smaller organizations, ensuring a healthy and dynamic pipeline.
Own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery (leveraging marketing inbounds and self-generated leads) to proposals, procurement, and closing.
Achieve and exceed your New Business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quota.
Build strong relationships and establish Hoxhunt’s credibility with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, across various organizational sizes.
Partner closely with our Marketing team to optimize inbound lead generation and execute a winning go-to-market strategy within your region.
Represent Hoxhunt at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed across your assigned regions.
Contribute to building brand awareness and credibility within the EMEA market.
Our Helsinki HQ will be your home base, with flexible opportunities for remote work once onboarded and independent. Your compensation structure will be 50/50 base salary and a competitive commission model. The monthly base salary will be discussed based on your work experience and will fall within our budgeted range of 3800-5000€.
Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: +3 years of experience as an Account Executive selling complex SaaS or software solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Diverse Deal Size Experience: Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate sales cycles for both larger organizations and smaller, faster-moving deals.
EMEA Market Acumen: Significant professional experience selling across the EMEA region. Bonus points if you have a strong track record working with Central and Southern European markets.
Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energetic, and motivated by the challenge of acquiring new business within a competitive market.
Willingness to Travel: Based in Helsinki and eager to travel regularly across EMEA for meetings, events, and networking as required.
Nice-to-Have Edge: An existing network in the cybersecurity or IT sector within EMEA, especially in Central or Southern Europe, is a plus.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in the main European languages are a significant plus.
