YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a strategic partner and sounding board for our leaders, ensuring we are hiring both the right skillset and culture fit. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for delivering recruitment for office and warehouse positions in the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include:
Hands-on recruitment by managing recruitment processes from start to end.
Engaging with both active & passive candidates to improve vacancy and long-term role pipelines/network.
Ensure a stellar candidate experience for all candidates - including everything from their experience of the application process to their first weeks of work or make sure they get a proper rejection.
Ensuring high quality of hires whilst achieving low time to hire, low cost per hire, positive hiring manager experience and consistently raising the bar of the perception of Voi in the marketplace.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Lead hiring managers throughout the recruitment process & give market insights and advise on market conditions where appropriate.
Continuously educate and coach hiring managers and others participating in the recruitment process on Talent Acquisition and interviewing.
Take part in creating and executing hiring trainings & diversity/inclusion trainings
Take part in identifying and evaluating relevant TA Metrics
Lead, drive or participate in projects and Voi initiatives to support local or global Talent Acquisition strategies.
Use a data driven approach to recruitment by tracking and analysing information shared by the Talent Acquisition team and the tools available to make data driven decisions.
Contribute to the continuation of building a strong culture in a rapidly growing company

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an ambitious and solution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. In addition to being fluent in English AND Swedish, we believe the right person has:
Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment, preferably within the warehouse or blue-collar roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques, together with the skill of finding talent outside of the obvious places
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
