Your mission

As B2C Marketing Executive you will be part of the Central Europe multidisciplinary marketing team, focusing on the Polish market. You will be responsible for growing the consumer side of the Too Good To Go marketplace for both the short and long term, reporting into the Head of B2C Marketing UK & Ireland and Central Europe

Responsibilities

• Drive Brand & Marketing storytelling across owned and paid channels in Poland in collaboration with internal and external partners.  
• Drive local demand-driving activities to balance the Too Good To Go marketplace 
• Oversee local partnerships including UGC influencers and 3rd party brands.
• Plan and execute local CRM and product initiatives to deliver high engagement and activity on the app 
• Plan and execute local first brand campaigns to fit with the relevant Polish target segments.
• Oversee creative production briefings with both internal creative team and external agency partners
• Leverage data and measurement in everything you do to 
• Work closely with other marketing and commercial functions, including Partner marketing, Paid Acquisition, Key Accounts and PR, to ensure cohesive and impactful output
• Continuously improve consumer understanding and identify local trends and opportunities in collaboration with the analytics, brand and growth teams.
• Foster strong relationships with marketing colleagues in the Centre cluster, Global, and other countries to create collective learning

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in marketing, with a core focus on consumer marketing and brand building within a commercial minded business. 
• Hands-on experience in driving results backed by clear data, insights, and measurement 
• Comprehensive and natural understanding of social media planning, execution and identifying trends. 
• Hands-on experience planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns across media platforms
• Excellent communications skills - in both English and Polish
• You’re a born storyteller with a clear and empathetic communications style
• Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably
• Keen eye for detail and proficiency in briefing and reviewing creative content
• Embrace accountability and leadership
