We’re seeking a naturally people-led, emotionally intelligent, and self-directed People & Culture Manager (part-time) to nurture, protect, and amplify the human heartbeat of LifeBonder.
This role is central to how our team experiences work, connection, and belonging. You’ll be the consistent point of care for our people — supporting new hires as they onboard, checking in with existing team members to monitor wellbeing and performance, and actively shaping a culture where individuals feel supported, aligned, and energised.
You’ll also serve as the cultural ambassador for LifeBonder — someone who lives and breathes our values and brings them to life through meaningful conversations, rituals, and team experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves people, brings a naturally uplifting and empowering presence, and can connect with individuals from all walks of life — while still holding structure, boundaries, and clarity in a results-oriented framework.

Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with newly hired team members as part of their onboarding journey — ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, aligned and set up for success
Hold ongoing check-ins with existing staff to support wellbeing, engagement, and performance
Act as a trusted point of contact for team members — offering presence, perspective, and guidance when needed
Conduct exit interviews to gain valuable insights for retention and wellbeing
Chair and facilitate monthly cross-functional team meetings that include an element of team-building initiatives and culture-led experiences that strengthen connection and morale while encouraging open communication and collaboration
Provide professional development micro learning sessions workshops on leadership and more
Serve as the ambassador of LifeBonder’s culture, values, and ways of working, ensuring they are embodied in every point of contact with our team
Partner closely with leadership to surface insights, patterns, and opportunities for improving the team experience
A natural people person with a warm, uplifting energy who makes others feel at ease immediately
Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, roles, and lived experiences
Previous professional experience as a counsellor, therapist, or similar people-support role is essential
Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and able to hold space while still providing clarity and direction
Highly self-led, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first bootstrapped tech startup environment
Strong facilitation and communication skills — you can guide conversations with ease and intention
