Strategic Account Project Manager

Do you love making big, complex projects run smoothly? Camphouse is looking for a Strategic Account Project Manager to lead the onboarding of our most important enterprise clients. You’ll be the go-to person connecting clients, Customer Success, Product, and Development teams, turning complex requirements into seamless, high-impact rollouts.

What you’ll do: 

  • Own onboarding projects for our largest clients, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, building strong relationships at every level.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, QA, and Engineering.

  • Provide structure and guidance to the Stockholm Customer Success team, helping them focus on what matters most.

  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and the client experience.

  • Track project success with metrics like Time-to-Value, Customer Satisfaction, and delivery efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities during onboarding.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years managing complex enterprise projects, ideally in SaaS, media, or advertising.

  • Experience delivering multi-market or global implementations for enterprise clients.

  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, or workflow automation.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to provide structure, guidance, and calm leadership across cross-functional teams.

  • Project Management certification is a plus.

  • You’ll be part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across time zones and cultures, so a positive, can-do attitude and a knack for building strong global relationships is key.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
