We are expanding our sales team with 2 new hires.
We are looking for a driven Restaurant Sales Associate to join Munchi’s growth team in Finland.
You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. This is a pure sales role with base salary plus uncapped commission. There are no onboarding, support, or account management responsibilities.
You will play a key role in expanding Munchi’s growth!
Own the end-to-end sales process for new restaurant customers
Prospect and qualify restaurants using outbound channels
Run structured discovery conversations with restaurant owners and managers
Deliver clear, value-driven product demos
Drive commercial negotiations and close new customers
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Execute sales activity across cold calls, email campaigns, in-person visits, and events
You take a structured and disciplined approach to sales
You are comfortable with high outbound activity and direct customer contact
You communicate clearly and confidently with decision-makers
You work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
You are motivated by performance, progression, and financial upside
Fluent Finnish and English are required.
Experience in sales, hospitality, or B2B is a strong advantage
Interest in restaurant technology or SaaS
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate in a fast-growing startup environment
Willingness to work hands-on in the Helsinki metropolitan area
