Deine Rolle

Als Implementation Manager (Operations) wirst du Teil unseres deutschen Teams in Berlin und übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Kundenprojekte in der DACH-Region. Du planst, koordinierst und setzt Installationsprojekte gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern um.

Die Rolle ist sehr hands-on und stark auf Umsetzung ausgerichtet. Du übernimmst die operative Führung, triffst auch unter Druck pragmatische Entscheidungen und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte termingerecht, im vereinbarten Rahmen und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil unserer globalen Implementierungsgruppe und arbeitest aktiv an Best Practices mit.

Deine Aufgaben

• Vor-Ort-Steuerung & Führung (1–2 Tage pro Woche): Du leitest Installationen direkt vor Ort gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern und internen Teams. Dabei stellst du Qualität und Sicherheit sicher, gibst klare Anweisungen, wenn Anpassungen nötig sind, und hältst das Projekt auf Kurs.

• Projektplanung & Umsetzung: Du planst und steuerst Installationsprojekte von Anfang bis Ende – inklusive Zeitplänen, Ressourcen und Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten.

• Koordination & Kommunikation: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Installationspartner und interne Stakeholder. Du sorgst für klare Kommunikation, gute Abstimmung und schnelle Lösungen, wenn Herausforderungen auftreten.

• Qualitäts- & Risikomanagement: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Installationen den vereinbarten Standards entsprechen, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und findest praktikable Lösungen, wenn etwas nicht nach Plan läuft.

• Performance & Weiterentwicklung: Du behältst relevante KPIs zu Lieferung, Kosten und Kundenzufriedenheit im Blick und nutzt diese, um Prozesse und Partnerperformance kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Operations-Management in einem umsetzungsstarken Umfeld mit physischen Produkten und Vor-Ort-Umsetzung (z. B. Installation, Logistik, Lager, o. Ä.)

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit mehreren Stakeholdern

• Technisches Verständnis und praktisches Know-how im Bereich Installationen oder Handwerk – du kannst Qualität beurteilen, Lösungen hinterfragen und Teams vor Ort anleiten

• Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

The Role
As our new Implementation Manager (Operations), you will join our German team based in Berlin and take end-to-end ownership of customer implementations across the DACH region. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver installation projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external installation partners.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining project and operations management with on-site leadership. You will act as the operational lead, make timely decisions under pressure, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to NORNORM’s quality standards. You will also be a part of the global implementation group, sharing and building best practices. 

Your responsibilities

• On-site execution & leadership (1–2 days per week): Lead on-site delivery with installation partners and internal teams. Ensure quality and safety standards, provide clear direction where adjustments are required, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.

• Project planning & delivery: Plan and manage end-to-end installation projects, including timelines, resources, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.

• Stakeholder coordination & communication: Act as the main point of contact for installation partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective issue resolution.

• Quality, risk & issue management: Ensure installations meet agreed specifications and quality standards, identify risks early, and find solutions when a problem occurs.

• Performance tracking & improvement: Track key KPIs related to delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to improve processes and partner performance.
  
  

Skills & experience

• Solid experience in project or operations management within an execution-heavy environment involving physical goods and on-site delivery (e.g. installation, logistics, warehousing, or similar).

• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong technical and hands-on understanding of installations or craftsmanship, enabling you to assess quality, challenge solutions, and guide on-site teams.

• German (native level) and fluent English.
