As a Strategic Account Executive at Neurons, you’re joining at a point where the product is proven, the market is ready, and we’re scaling fast across Europe. We blend AI and neuroscience to predict consumer response in seconds, helping brands make smarter marketing decisions. This means you’re not selling a “nice-to-have”, you’re selling clear, measurable business impact.
This role is designed for sellers who deeply understand specific European markets. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience selling into DACH, UK and/or Benelux, including cultural, commercial, and buying-process nuances in those regions. Fluency in the relevant local language(s) is required for the region(s) you cover.
You will own and grow a strategic patch aligned to your regional and linguistic expertise.
As a Strategic Account Executive, your success is measured by revenue impact, deal quality, and long-term customer fit. You’ll do well when you consistently build a strong pipeline in your region, run disciplined consultative sales cycles, and close ICP-fit customers who stick, expand, and succeed.
You’re successful when you:
Hit (or beat) quarterly and annual quota with accurate forecasting
Maintain healthy pipeline coverage through a mix of outbound and inbound opportunities within your regional focus
Advance complex enterprise and upper mid-market deals with strong discovery, clear value framing, and momentum
Close customers who onboard smoothly because expectations, outcomes, and value were aligned from day one
Engage senior stakeholders within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts in your region
Conduct discovery and sales conversations in the customer’s local language
Translate Neurons’ AI + neuroscience capabilities into measurable outcomes (ROI, stronger marketing performance, better decision-making)
Qualify rigorously so time is spent on opportunities with real strategic fit
Build and manage a reliable pipeline in CRM with clean stages and realistic close dates
Lead opportunities end-to-end, from first meeting through negotiation and signature
Keep deals moving with clear next steps, strong follow-ups, and multi-stakeholder alignment
Navigate longer sales cycles with structure, patience, and intent
Act as a credible advisor customers trust early in the buying process
Handle objections confidently without relying on discounting
Set clear expectations to ensure smooth handover to Customer Success and fast customer activation
Lay the foundation for expansion and long-term account growth
You’ll ramp fastest if you have:
A strong track record of hitting quota in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise or upper mid-market
Proven experience selling into DACH, UK and/or Benelux markets
Fluency in the local language(s) required for your region:
- DACH: Fluent German (business-level or native)
- UK: Fluent English
- Benelux: Fluent Dutch and/or French
A structured, consultative sales approach with sharp discovery and qualification
Comfort selling technical, data-driven products and explaining complex value simply
Strong CRM and pipeline discipline with a data-led approach to prioritization
Resilience, pace, and accountability; you move fast, adapt quickly, and don’t need heavy direction
