At Voi, we’re on a mission to create safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for everyone. As Europe’s leading e-scooter operator, we’re growing fast and are now looking for a Fleet Specialist to support our London operations, based out of our Mitcham warehouse.

Your mission at Voi
As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll help ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are safe, ready to ride, and available where customers need them most.

What you’ll be doing

• Collecting and delivering vehicles to support daily operations ⚙️

• Finding and collecting damaged vehicles 🛴

• Battery swaps and replacements 🔋

• Quick on-site repairs when needed 🔧

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the warehouse 🔧

• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️

• Supporting warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging) 📦

• Helping the team with tasks like checking vehicle condition, clearing parking areas, and resetting fallen vehicles 🤝

What you'll need to embark
We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll need:

• A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and eligible for our e-van insurance

• Confidence driving in London and navigating the city

• A proactive, responsible mindset and strong teamwork skills

• A calm approach in busy or stressful situations (traffic, parking issues, etc.)

• Physical fitness to carry and move heavy loads

• Basic comfort with digital tools

📌 Please note: You may be required to complete a DBS check for this role

Job conditions

• Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Monday - Friday)

• Working hours: Middle shift (10:00–18:00)

• Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
