About the Role & Team

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Operations Team in Aarhus. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in our business. This is for the candidate also looking at consulting jobs, but with the opportunity to understand how a business works from the inside.

You’ll be part of a small Operations team that depends on all individuals contributing to projects, working closely with key stakeholders across the business. The team values initiative, ownership, and teamwork, and you’ll report directly to our Head of Operations.

What you will do

  • Analyse and optimise the processes in different functions of the business - collaborate with leaders to understand what good looks like

  • Deliver insights and analysis with clear action plans for growth

  • Work with different functions, helping them plan their strategic goals

  • Assist the Operations team with ad-hoc analysis and execution of strategic initiatives across the business

What you bring

  • Experience with Market Research or analytical work is preferred, but not required

  • Project management skills (could be from school, sport or work).

  • Professional fluency in English (Danish not required)

  • Availability to work 15–20 hours per week from our office in Aarhus, ideally across two full days.

  • Experience with another SaaS company or CRM platform like HubSpot is seen as a plus, but not required

  • Experience from student organisations like International Case Teams (ICT) is a plus, but not required

Practicalities

  • Salary: DKK 155/hour for Bachelor’s students and DKK 175/hour for Master’s students

  • Office location: Kannikegade 4, 8000 Aarhus

Our recruitment process

  • 30-minute online interview with our Head of Operations

  • Completion of Personality Assessment and preparation of Business Case for final interview

  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with our Head of Operations & other relevant stakeholder(s)
