Looking for a place where you can challenge yourself, build serious tech and have a good time doing it? Want to take the step up from Microsoft365 into Azure?
At Redeploy, we design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last.
In Jönköping, we’re building something special. A growing cloud hub where we want to invest long-term in junior talent and help you develop into a Cloud Specialist through structured learning, hands-on projects and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. This role is designed for you who already have a solid IT foundation and now want to take the next step into Azure.
What you'll do
As a Junior Cloud Engineer, you’ll kick-start your career in cloud by working alongside experienced Cloud Specialists and Architects. You’ll split your time between learning activities and hands-on client work, always with support from your team and a clear development plan. You’ll never be expected to know everything from day one. Instead, we focus on learning by doing, together.
Some examples of what you’ll work with over time:
Help set up and configure Azure platforms
Contribute to building Azure Landing Zones for applications and systems in the cloud
Write and maintain basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Support troubleshooting, optimization and documentation of solutions
Work towards relevant certifications as part of your development
You’ll join together with other junior engineers, which means you won’t be alone in your learning curve. We believe that growing together creates confidence, momentum and stronger specialists in the long run.
What you’ll grow into
Cloud is a big space and at Redeploy there is room to explore where you want to go. Over time, typically within your first couple of years, you’ll grow into a Cloud Specialist who takes ownership of parts of a delivery and contributes to more complex Azure environments as your skills and responsibility increase.
From there, you can deepen your expertise in infrastructure as code and cloud platform engineering, or specialize in areas like security, Kubernetes or FinOps. Some move towards more architectural roles, while others stay close to implementation and problem-solving. There’s also room to develop your consultant skills, working closely with customers and supporting better technical decisions.
You’ll be part of a strong cloud community where learning happens every day through collaboration, knowledge sharing and hands-on experience, supported by our partnerships with Microsoft and AWS, as well as regular events and meetups.
Who we’re looking for
You have a genuine interest in cloud infrastructure and want to build a long-term career in this field. You’re curious, eager to learn and proactive about your own development. Strong communication skills are key, as you’ll grow into a consultant role where you explain technical ideas to different audiences. You enjoy working with others, value collaboration and see feedback as a way to grow.
What experiences you bring
A relevant university or vocational degree in IT, Cloud, Infrastructure or similar
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work to learn, problem-solve and improve efficiency
Basic knowledge in all the following areas:
Core cloud services in Azure (compute, storage, networking)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep)
Networking and security fundamentals (IP, DNS, firewalls, identity)
CI/CD processes and Git
Fluent in Swedish and English
We’ll be thrilled if you also bring
If you have one or more of these, it will give you a head start in the role but they’re not deal-breakers if you don’t:
Previous hands-on experience from working with cloud environments or IT infrastructure
Previous consultancy experience (bonus if towards Microsoft365 customers)
Internship or summer work in IT infrastructure or cloud, giving you practical context to your skills
Experience from personal or hobby cloud projects or labs, showing that you enjoy exploring technology on your own
One or more relevant cloud or infrastructure certifications, for example Azure, networking, security or DevOps
