We are on the lookout for an ambitious and talented Junior/Mid-level Frontend Engineer to join our Development team on an exciting growth journey. You will have a vital role in assuring the highest quality of our product and strengthen our UX on all our user platforms. You will work closely with other Frontend and Backend Engineers to build the market's best mobile app platform targeting employee engagement across industries. You will have the possibility to form part of our established office environment in Lithuania! Your key responsibilities

• Develop best in class UI/UX to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across the platform.

• Design solutions and implement best practices in close collaboration with the product and development team members

• Collaborate with an amazing team of Engineers, software testers, and other team members

• Being ambitious, leading, and driving the implementation of new functionality and improvements to the Relesys platform

• Design and implement new features together with our Domain Experts and Product Designers

• Maintain and troubleshoot complex problems in the existing codebase

• Work on long-term strategic tasks to enhance and evolve the Relesys platform

Who are you?

• You have either a strong portfolio of personal projects, or you have already started your career path through experience within software development

• You have some experience with frontend development – and experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, e.g., Angular, React TypeScript

• You have experience working in Visual Studio, GIT, Atlassian/Jira, Figma, and similar tools

• You have an interest in UI and UX and pay attention to the details that make a frontend solution work well

• You are a team player and wishes to engage in the office and its success

• You have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

• Disciplined, structured, and open-minded, even when it's burning

• You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive team culture

• You believe that performance is not a matter of fast deliveries but high-quality deliveries and a strong team spirit

• You are eager to learn and take responsibility for your tasks 

• You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you: 

• Experience in modern Angular 

• Experience with AngularJS, as well as migration between frameworks

• Familiar with mobile-first development principles
