In this role, you’ll have a key impact on how we attract, engage, and hire talent at Draivi. Talent Acquisition here is not just about filling roles. It’s about shaping candidate experience, building future talent pipelines, strengthening our employer brand, and supporting long-term growth in an international environment.
You’ll join the People & Culture team in Helsinki, work closely with hiring managers across the organization, and report to the Head of People & Culture.
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for different roles
Active sourcing and talent pipeline building
Draft and publish clear and engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms
Talent communication and candidate experience
Managing and developing our ATS (Teamtailor)
Keeping the career website up to date
Developing and managing the open application process
Build and maintain relationships with universities
Help developing and managing trainee and early talent programs
Take part in employer branding activities
1-3 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (preferably for tech and/or marketing roles)
Sourcing skills and understanding of modern recruiting tools
Experience with Teamtailor or another ATS
Ability to create a positive and exceptionally good candidate experience
Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
Proactive, structured, and development-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders
