Nabogo is a fast-growing mobility-tech company making everyday travel smarter, greener, and more accessible. Our platform enables shared rides, smarter commuting, and new mobility habits that benefit both people and the planet.
We work closely with municipalities, regions, public transport authorities, campuses, and private companies to reduce congestion, cut emissions, and build better mobility solutions across the Nordics and Benelux.
With a strong Nordic footprint and growing traction in Scandinavia we are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and expand partnerships in both markets.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be a key part of nabogo’s Nordic commercial team. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excel at opening doors, especially with municipalities, regional authorities, and private companies and converting them into successful partnerships.
You will own the full sales journey: identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, developing compelling proposals, and closing strategic deals. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics and report directly to the Nordic Head of nabogo.

Drive the full sales cycle, from outreach and meetings to negotiation and contract signing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in both public and private sectors
Represent nabogo at events, conferences, and meetings across Scandinavia
Share market insights to support product development and commercial strategy
Strengthen nabogo’s presence and brand in the Nordic mobility landscape
A hunter-type salesperson who loves creating new opportunities and delivering results
Strong experience in B2B and/or public-sector sales (experience in mobility, SaaS, or sustainability is a plus, but not required)
Confident engaging with municipalities and senior decision-makers
Proactive, structured, and motivated by scaling a modern mobility solution
Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, with strong English communication skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a Nordic team
We’re flexible regarding your base location. Ideally, you are located in or around:

Regular travel within Scandinavia is expected.
Salary will be set based on qualifications and experience. A performance-based incentive model can be agreed to reward high impact.
