Henriksson Storage is growing quickly – in Sweden, the UK, and soon the rest of Europe. We’re now looking for a key hire to join us on our journey to build Europe’s largest outdoor self-storage company.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems quickly, and providing service that feels both personal and straightforward. You’re efficient, confident on the phone, and comfortable handling incoming calls as well as picking up the phone yourself.


Your responsibilities

As a Customer Operations and Sales Representative, you will:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from new customers and existing users

  • Resolve support matters quickly, clearly, and with a service-minded approach

  • Follow up on leads and call selected contacts, such as local businesses and partners

  • Build relationships with customers and partners in a friendly, proactive, and structured way

  • Ensure every customer has a smooth experience from start to finish

  • Contribute to daily operations and help out where needed – we’re a humble, hands-on team where everyone pitches in


Who you are

You are someone who:

  • Enjoys talking to people and communicates naturally

  • Is efficient in conversations – you listen, solve, and move things forward

  • Is comfortable with both inbound (service/support) and some outbound (follow-ups, partners, leads)

  • Has experience from customer service, support, retail, reception, call center, or similar roles

  • Preferably has experience from a startup/scaleup environment and enjoys a fast pace

  • Is responsible, self-driven, and takes initiative

  • Thrives in an office-only environment and wants to work on-site at our Stockholm office

  • Has excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

  • Bonus: you’re bilingual in Swedish/English or have international experience
