Singa is looking for a Sales Development Representative to accelerate our growth in Germany. In this role, you will work with hospitality groups, nightlife operators, family entertainment centers, competitive socializing hotspots, and private karaoke room concepts, helping them scale their business with the world’s leading karaoke solution for venues.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in German and understands the local culture. The role can be based either in Finland, working from our Helsinki office, or in Germany, in which case the position is fully remote.

Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Helsinki area (on-site) or Germany (remote)
Team: B2B Sales
Reports to: Market Lead, with functional alignment to the Chief Commercial Officer
Travel: Regular travel within Germany for customer meetings and industry events
As a Sales Development Representative, you will help drive revenue growth by sourcing, closing, and expanding B2B accounts across Germany. This is a hands-on closing role for a motivated and curious sales professional who is eager to learn and grow in SaaS sales.
You will be supported by well-established and continuously developing sales automation and tools, giving you a strong foundation to succeed. You will be involved throughout the sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure and handover to Customer Success, while learning how to create long-term value for customers using Singa’s platform.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Music, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, acting as a strong voice of the German customer while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Revenue Generation and Deal Closure
Strategically source, develop, and manage your own pipeline of high-value target accounts within hospitality, nightlife, family entertainment centers, cruise lines, and private karaoke room concepts
Partner closely with the Country Manager
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer pain points, operational models, and commercial objectives
Lead tailored product demonstrations and position Singa as a value-driven solution
Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals with senior decision-makers
Attend industry events, conferences, and prospect meetings to build relationships and accelerate deal cycles
Travel to key markets to deliver in-person product demonstrations and close strategic opportunities
Customer and Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in HubSpot
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, successful launches, and long-term retention
Provide structured market, customer, and competitor insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market development
Native-level German proficiency, both spoken and written
2+ years of successful experience as an Sales Development Representative or in a similar closing role within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into commercial solutions
Exceptional communication skills, including discovery, product demonstrations, and professional follow-up
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred
High level of curiosity, drive, resilience, and coachability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and international environment
Nice to Haves
Polish and or Dutch language skills
Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into hospitality, nightlife, leisure, or entertainment industries
Experience working in a tech startup or scale-up environment
Previous success working in a remote or hybrid environment (if you’re working from Germany our HQ is in Helsinki)
Exposure to karaoke, AV technology, music licensing, or competitive socialising concepts
This role offers a competitive base salary and a transparent, performance-based commission structure.
OTE: 51,000€/year at target, with upside to 63,000€+ for high performance
