Job Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join Enqlare as we continue building and improving our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Linux-centric, cloud-based SaaS environment, working alongside senior engineers and contributing to real product features from day one. You’ll primarily focus on developing high-quality frontend features using HTMX, but the role also offers exposure to backend systems, containerization, and distributed architectures—providing a strong foundation for growth across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using HTMX for interactive, hypermedia-driven interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with team members to turn UI/UX designs into functional, polished features.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and test frontend performance within a distributed system.

• Work hands-on in Linux-based environments, using command-line tools and scripting to build and deploy features.

• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile development practices.

• Learn and contribute to broader stack tasks, including backend development, containerization, and automation, under the guidance of senior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional development experience beyond internships or first roles.

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Golang, C, or C++; embedded systems experience is a plus for structured problem-solving. No Java required.

• Practical experience with Linux environments (command-line tools, scripting, server interaction).

• Familiarity with frontend technologies, ideally HTMX or similar lightweight frameworks.

• Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts (Podman, Docker, or similar).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or distributed systems.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and participating in migration projects.

• Strong curiosity and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a collaborative environment.
